These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of SerpSidekick, Andrius Butkevicius, self-employed and registered in Lithuania. Using the service means you accept them.

What the service is

A hosted Model Context Protocol server. It gives an AI client you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or anything else that speaks MCP — a set of tools that read your Google Search Console data and, for credits, live SEO data from a third-party provider. We host and maintain it; you do not install anything.

Your account

• An account is a Google sign-in with a verified email address. You are responsible for the security of that Google account, because it is the only key to yours.
• You may connect any Search Console property you legitimately have access to, including your clients'. You are responsible for having that access.
• One account per person. Creating extra accounts to work around limits or to obtain free capacity repeatedly is grounds for closing all of them.

Credits, payments and refunds

• Credits are prepaid: the minimum top-up buys 5,000 credits, and there is no smaller one. They do not expire, and they are not transferable between accounts.
• Every paid tool call is priced before it runs. The amount is held against your balance, the call runs, and you are charged what it cost plus our markup — never more than the held amount. Both figures appear in the tool's own result and in your usage history.
• Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record. Polar is the seller for tax purposes, issues your receipt or VAT invoice, and handles refunds and disputes under its own terms.
• A refund removes the credits that payment bought. If you have already spent them, your balance goes negative and paid tools decline until it is positive again. The free tools keep working.
• We may correct a balance that is wrong because of a bug or a provider billing error, in either direction, and will tell you when we do.

What the data is, and is not

Search Console figures come from Google, settle two to three days behind, and sample rare queries. Keyword volumes, difficulty scores, traffic estimates and AI-mention counts are estimates produced by a third-party provider, not measurements. AI visibility covers ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews only.

The service and the models you use it with can be wrong. Results are evidence for your own judgement, not advice, and decisions you make from them are yours. We give no warranty that any figure is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to resell, sublicense or systematically re-export the paid data. Your credits buy answers for your own use and your clients' work, not a competing data product.
• Do not attempt to circumvent metering, credit accounting or rate limits, or to access another account's data.
• Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or in a way that breaches Google's or our data provider's terms.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of these. Where a suspension is not our mistake, unused credits on it are forfeit.

Availability

There is no uptime guarantee. This is a small product run by a small operation, dependent on Google's and our provider's APIs; either can fail, and when they do the tools say so and charge you nothing. A call that fails is settled at zero — you are not billed for an answer you did not get.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the credits you have paid for and not yet spent. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost rankings, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by disconnecting the connector and signing out; there is no subscription to cancel. We may close an account for a breach of these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice — in which case unspent credits are refunded.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. They are governed by the law of Lithuania, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your own country. Questions go to support@serpsidekick.com.
